Shipping & Tracking Policy

All orders are processed within the time frame listed at checkout (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped. Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are fully controlled by the carrier.

Delays & Missing Packages

While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, weather, or scanning errors. If your tracking hasn’t updated after several business days, or if your package appears lost, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

However, your experience matters to us, and we will always do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.
